Our Kayak Fishing Tours begin when we collect you from your Auckland city accommodation. If you are staying outside of the area we will be able to arrange a meeting place with you prior to your Kayak Fishing Tour experience with us.
Learn about types of bait and what is good for catching certain types of fish suitable for our Kayak Fishing Tours. Travel in comfort in our TIME Unlimited Luxury 4WD as we transport you through some spectacular scenery to a great beach from which to launch our fishing kayaks. Along the way we will stop at scenic vantage points so that you can take some photos.
When we get to the beach we unpack and prepare before we conduct an extensive safety briefing. We use extensive safety equipment to ensure your safety on our Kayak Fishing Tours. Then it's launch time and off we go!
Kayak along our stunning Auckland coastline, relax and try fishing from our kayaks using various methods - the mixture of which is usually the secret of our success each day! Fish such as Snapper, Kingfish, Gurnard, Kahawai, Trevally and John Dory are all caught in this area. Any fish that are within legal limits can be kept if you wish to eat them...for our dinner on the first evening!
For lunch we will land on a beautiful beach and you will get the opportunity to have a swim as well as relax.
At the end of the first day we land on one of our gorgeous Auckland beaches and either set up our tents on our prebooked campground. Of course part of the experience is for you to hopefully enjoy the fish you caught that day for dinner, which we will happily prepare for you to enjoy!
Our Kayak Fishing Tours operate all year round. We are particularly busy in the summer months so you should book as far in advance as possible. We leave Auckland at 10am on Day one and return around lunchtime the following day.
