During our Auckland Maori Tour you will see…

In Auckland City and Devonport:

  • Great views of several ancient volcanoes in the Auckland volcanic field
  • Marvel at the architecture of Auckland Museum, one of New Zealand’s most beautiful buildings as you drive through the Auckland Domain
  • Drive through the suburb of Parnell, restored in the old colonial style and with many beautiful mansions, and along the waterfront of Tamaki Drive to see several of the stunning beaches
  • Mission Bay, arguably Auckland’s most well-known beach with lovely golden sand and safe swimming
  • Great views along Tamaki Drive with its avenues of native trees and of the famous Waitemata Harbour, which in Maori means "sparkling waters", the Hauraki Gulf and the mystical island volcano Rangitoto Island
  • The Auckland Harbour Bridge, spanning the Waitemata Harbour with its sparkling blue waters dotted with white sails
  • Devonport, the picturesque old North Shore marine village nestled in the shadow of historic Mount Victoria with great cafes and boutiques. In Devonport you will see Takarunga (Mount Victoria) with stunning views back across to Auckland city. Takarunga is also the final resting place of Patuone, one of the chief negotiators and signatories of Aotearoa/ New Zealand’s founding document.   • Infants age is 0-3 years (Please note: we are only able host infants on our Private Tours)
  • Our Private Tours can be for any number of guests

  • Accommodation, Attractions/Entry Fees and Meals (unless specified) are not included;
  • All tours are able to be booked as Auckland Shore Excursions from Cruise ships berthed at the port of Auckland;
  • All our Private Tours can be offered in foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish and others but are subject to availability and additional fees apply. Please request this additional service at the time of booking along with any other special client requirements (i.e. dietary requirements, mobility issues, medical information / equipment requests, children’s ages for NZ child seat rules, special reasons for travel, etc);
  • On Private Tours, pick-up and drop-off locations can be from your designated accommodation, airport, cruise ship or other location. Please specify the location when booking. When pick-up is from a designated meeting place including cruise ship terminal or airport, we would really appreciate receiving your mobile phone number with the booking. This will ensure we are able to contact and locate you if required, when we are not picking up directly from your accommodation.

Our Different Tour Types:

Small Group Tours are operated on a non-exclusive basis with other guests min 2 pax and max 15 pax and are priced on a per person basis.

Private Tours are operated exclusively for our guests and are priced per day per passenger for any group size from 1 pax to any number required.

Please note: when we incorporate visits to attractions on Private Tours (these must be specifically stated as included, otherwise entry fees to attractions are NOT included on our Private Tours), these may or may not be private depending on what is booked. Our Private Tours on the other hand will be private just for your party.

Neill Sperath is a passionate New Zealander by choice.
