|Deposit and Cancellation Information
Cancellations must be made in writing to TIME Unlimited Tours:
Cancellation Policy for Auckland Small Group Tours: After booking has been confirmed and more than 30 days: No charge. From 48 hours to 7 days: 50%. Less than 48 hours or no-shows: 100%.
Cancellation Policy for all Private Tours: After booking has been confirmed and more than 30 days: 20%. From 7 to 30 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: 100%. We highly recommend that you cover yourself against loss or injury by taking out comprehensive travel insurance.
You acknowledge that TIME Unlimited Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or personal items) brought on a tour organised by TIME Unlimited Ltd. You will be liable for any loss or damage of person or property caused by you on a tour organised by TIME Unlimited Ltd. We highly recommend that you leave valuables at home or if you must take them, that you carry them on your person at all times.
EXCLUSIONS: To the extent permitted by law, all our liability for damage to your property, disruption to travel plans, or mental injury is excluded. This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
